Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI Developer with strong expertise in Computer Vision, media pipelines, and CNN-based algorithms to design and deploy vision-driven AI applications. The ideal candidate should also have a basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and be proficient in FastAPI for backend integration. This role involves working on real-world image/video processing systems and integrating scalable AI models into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Computer Vision models for real-world use cases such as object detection, recognition, and segmentation.
• Build and maintain media pipelines for processing image and video data.
• Implement classical CV techniques such as thresholding, contour detection, edge detection, and feature extraction.
• Apply CNN-based algorithms for classification and object detection.
• Work with state-of-the-art frameworks such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, Detectron2, Vision Transformers (ViT, CLIP).
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs using FastAPI for CV applications.
• Handle preprocessing, augmentation, and optimization of large-scale image/video datasets.
• Deploy models into scalable cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate CV pipelines with basic RAG or NLP solutions when required.
• Stay updated with the latest research and tools in Computer Vision and AI.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Computer Vision algorithms and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for CV applications.
• Strong knowledge of CNN architectures such as ResNet, VGG, Inception, and EfficientNet.
• Experience with media pipelines for image/video analysis.
• Familiarity with thresholding and other classical CV algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for deployment.
• Basic understanding of RAG and LLM pipelines.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) for handling image/video metadata.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Mediapipe for pose, gesture, or face detection.
• Knowledge of Vision Transformers (ViT, CLIP, SAM).
• Familiarity with edge AI and real-time inference optimization using TensorRT and ONNX.
• Understanding of big data pipelines for large-scale video analytics.
• Awareness of security and privacy best practices in CV applications.
